BOOKING & CONFIRMATION STATUS:
- Booking status will be officially confirmed and secure when you have transferred DOWN PAYMENT
- Reservation or Booking should be sent directly to our company’s e-mail address in order to be easily recording your requested.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
- Tour price is quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and will be equivalent to foreign currency.
- Down Payment is a MUST to officially confirm and secure your tour booking with us.
- Recommended Payment is by using TransferWise, Bank Transferred
- SORRY! WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
- Please inform us soon after you have transferred Payment.
- Rest payment MUST be settled prior the tour is begun
- Money transferred fee will be paid by yourself
- Our Bank account and other data will be sent to you after confirming the trip.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:
- If you cancel the tour-booked, after you transferred Down Payment, would NOT BE REFUNDABLE, because we’ll also pay the cancellation fee for the tour components that we have booked.
- If you have paid the all the tour-cost, and suddenly you will cancel the tour due to any reasons, while you HAVE BEEN DOING THE TOUR with us, then We would investigate the reason of the cancellation issue before we taking a decision, whether it enables us to give you little REFUND or not?.
